Are you kidding about the "Peas"? If not, the second one looks evokes that round 'pea' shape. similarly designed lower-case e and a would also carry that sphere look easily, and a well-considered s would as well.
If not serious about "Peas", then forget all of my lunacy.
New logotype I created for a no-nonsense web development studio. I was thrilled when the client decided to go with this almost ironic script version to contrast their minimal and clean approach to web design.

A few possible directions for a new logotype I'm working on. There is a rest of the word, it's not just 'P'. :)
These are just inverted scans of sketches that were less than a half-inch tall, so pardon the roughness.

Agree, the cursive one is rad. One of them reminds me of the greek letter phi, which is interesting too.
