Hey guys - thanks for the comments - too kind. You might have guessed the blue lines are the wine carry box's die line - the client is actually a packaging specialist that wanted to create a promo piece specifically marketed at their winery client base to generate interest in their range of wine bottle cartons. As for the photo, it was taken on the iPhone 4S using the Path app... some very cool built in effects - then given some attention in PhShp.
