   @David Keegan: Just curious. Why did you choose for "pull to add account" and a refresh button? "Normally" it's the other way around.

   @Roy Abbink I did it this way because pull to refresh works well if you are 'pulling' new items down from the cloud. So in tout you are pulling a new account onto the table view. Also if you have more accounts that fit on screen it would be annoying to have to scroll to the top of the table view to pull to refresh if the account you want to see refreshed is at the bottom.

    Big Keeg strikes again. I love these clever small scope apps that nail a pleasant aesthetic. Once I get my new phone (waiting on a bloody american SSN before I can do anything down here) I'll be picking this up and slapping it on my main screen. What are the odds you're planning a Mac OS toolbar app?
