   I like the positioning, seems less straightforward and more branded. Maybe a touch noisy on this monitor though.

   I'd love to have it just be a plus and a magnifying glass, without the G. Would be SO much cleaner. It looks a lot less noisy when viewed on Retina iPhone. I had to bump it up a touch to make the texture look better on device.

   I like that you used radial gradient instead of linear, it makes the overall look of the icon much more appealing :)

   Yea, every time I see this I think the `g` has way more drama and strength with this scale and positioning.
