Building interactive prototypes are what I spend my time mostly on these days. Used the toggle module that I built previously for this. As I mentioned in that shot, there's an interactive UI module kit in the making and I'm adding more elements to it each day. This is today's.
Give it a test drive and let me know how it went.

I'm not sure the gear represents manual to me. I absolutely love the animation, but i'm caught on the icon representation. An icon of a person might make more sense. Just food for thought

It's sooo darn nice, but I do agree with the icon on the right not depicting 'manual' to me. Perhaps something like a shovel for manual?

@Ari Yeah, these were frames of a video turned into a GIF.
@Jordan Borth Yes, I made the app. They were exported by recording the video and then importing it into Photoshop and turning it into a GIF.
@Nick Matarese There were no universal metaphors that I could find for auto/manual icons and I think these will make sense ones you start using the app; I betting on the learnability of them. I don't think your idea of using a person is a good one. A person glyph these days stands for a lot of ideas.

@Yummygum Yep, Gears indeed gets mistaken for settings. I'm still thinking if I could find something. Shovel I think is a bit tongue in cheeky, don't you think ?
