   In the process of developing an icon for my iPad portfolio app that will be published very soon. Can't decide on a background texture.

   Suggestions?

   Great icon! The second one has more contrast. At the smallest size possible it stands out more but only a little between the three.

   Thanks! I'm going to do a little more experimenting with the color. Originally I had the backgrounds blue with the light icon overlaying, but close to %30 of all iOS icons must be blue.
