Thanks. It's very efficient. I use to stand at a drafting table before computers - yes I started graphic design before the mac was used! Standing helps maintain good posture and prevents back injury - scribes new this a thousands years ago - also, it seems to help keep some weight off. I can't work without standing some part of my day. The desk is actually lower then I would like. I need to buy and adjustable stand.
