Not that I'm a big fan of Microsoft's new branding, but if your icon is supposed to be a realistic shot at what Microsoft would use as an iOS icon, I think it fails by going against what there trying to achieve with The-Graphics-Formerly-Known-As-Metro. Not everything has to look some physical photorealistic piece of metal or wood etc... especially when working for 2012's Microsoft.
Now if that was not your point, please, ignore my comment :)
On a technical point of view, materials look nice but the perspective looks wrong on the 4 colored boxes.
@Adrien Maston It's not for Microsoft ) It's just for practice in speed-drawing of iOS icons. I know that extrude of the blocks looks some wrong, but I'd love to see it in this position of view )
