Color The color currently used isn't that overwhelming in my opinion, but it actually depends on the context and the target base on how overwhelming it might seem. Some websites are designed in even brighter/overwhelming palettes and gets away with it (Hint : You use those website designer's tagline in your shot )
Only some of the labels are accompanied by icons and a couple of them lacks it. As a result, there is uneven padding between the elements.
Double Arrows http://cl.ly/image/3F3y2k432N31 Not really an objective one, but rather a pet peeve of mine. The dropdown that appears on clicking the down arrow also has an arrow that shows it's directional relationship. I consider that to be redundant. I think you could unify the relationship in some way. What Apple has done with the Menu Bar comes to mind : http://cl.ly/image/3W151B2W2t3f
The bottom part of these panels seems not to be aligned. The jagged look feels kind of unbalanced and if they are not fluid, I strongly recommend aligning them on the bottom with some white space.
Non-matching Icons http://cl.ly/image/2O1Z0G1c010h I feel that these icons don't match the overall look of the website. They've got a quirky look to them which is not suiting with the well polished, swiss-like look of the rest of the site.
That's all that I could find. Otherwise, you have done a really neat job on the website. Also, if possible, please give a small brief on what the website is supposed to be and who all would be using it.
@Prathyush Pramod Great feedback, thanks! Regarding the uneven padding; I forgot to mention that all the links should have icons so I've left room for that.

Looking for some feedback on this one, primarily on the color scheme. My client think the purple is too overwhelming.
Let me know your thoughts and check out the bigger version.

Looks awesome! My only suggestion would be to make the dropdown links a little larger. Great job.
