Love the logotype. Placing LABS in that position works out really well; I probably wouldn't of tried that out. Did you guys play around with the placement of LABS?
Just catching up on your latest shots (which, by the way, are outstanding) and this is absolutely fantastic. I love the feel of the characters and that distinctive 'r' works so well. The really thin strokes are a lovely touch too (particularly between the 'o's) as they prevent the whole thing from feeling too heavy, but still lets the lettering have a lot of impact.
@Paul Yeah sure we tried different placements, like on the left of the 'y' descender, or right next to the 'hooray' type aligned on the baseline, but both felt out of place so we decided on this ™-like placement.
@Claire Thanks! Glad you like it, I know you're good at spotting type mistakes so I'm pretty happy I came through without trouble!

Good news everyone! After a few versions, here is the final HoorayLabs logotype.
HoorayLabs is a new design & development company that I co-run with Christophe Dumont and Paul Launay.
