Can't wait to (hopefully) meet you next week. :)
I would say, "where are the burning crosses?" but that might be a detail that you want to leave out ;)
Yeah! Salem is awesome.
Love this one!
BTW, what font is it? The font play a vital part in this shot.
@Geri Heading to AEA San Diego?
@kailoon It's Trade Gothic (Bold No. 20 condensed) over Avenir.
Is that a small moon? ...No wait. That's no moon...
@Dan Yup, I'll be there. :)
This is gorgeous.
Only criminals, witches, and other assorted deviants live in Salem. I'm appalled by your poor taste in cities.
Definitely one of the best of the State Series.
Salem ain't sh*t but witches and...sh*t...
*cue failed Dr. Dre reference...*
This makes me weepy. (Yes, I'm drunk.) God I love our little city.
Good stuff Mr. Cederholm
The colors are so nice!
Nice 'Pixies' artwork feel to this. Love the red block.
Stunning! Love the color choices and subtle type in the background.
Oh, wrong window.
It's the "Friend" ship! :D
I now have an irresistible urge to plan a family trip to this beautiful land of "witches and other stuff". This should become the official postcard of Salem!
Beautiful colors too, Dan!
I love the font you've chosen and the photo is wonderful. The tongue-in-cheek humor is great, too - so many people are so serious about where they live, no one wants to poke fun!
My only criticism is that the orange bar at the bottom is a little distracting to me... I can't figure it out; why is it in that particular place? Why that color? etc. I think it's just me that feels that way, though. :)
I love the color contrast and the font chosen. Is that alternative gothic? I use it all the time.
@Jess: it's the blood of the accused witches. That, and I thought it looked good ;)
@Dennis: It's Trade Gothic (and Avenir for the smaller text).
@Dan that's some pretty deep blood... o_o
