   I thought about the size of these elements. Left element larger, because the visually logomark harder (if I can call it that) to the right. I need to balance for left and right parts of the logomark :)

    The top protrusion seems too high, but other than that, it's very nice. The first thing that came to mind, though, is the Travelers Insurance logo. They're here in the U.S. and not in Russia as far as I know, so maybe it doesn't matter. Similar concept, but the execution is very different.

    Just thinking that some color to separate the elements and make the "C" stand out better might be a good solution. Making the top post thinner would, IMHO, ruin the design by altering the similarity of shapes.
