The map currently shows Manhattan Beach, but would pan over to San Francisco upon click. Thoughts?

I realize this is an older post, but just ran across it and thought I'd share my two cents. Not sure if this will apply as I don't know much about the project, but it appears you are selecting the San Francisco, CA button. Maybe the down arrow could turn in to a check mark once clicked making it more clear that it is selected and that you aren't waiting for something to actually "drop down"? Just a thought. Nice Work!
