We just launched our 3rd messaging channel integration for Shopify Ping (and second integration of the summer, after Apple Business Chat): Shopify Chat!

Chat is a widget that floats on a merchant's online store and allows their customers to contact them directly.

One particularly exciting detail about the project, from a design perspective, was being able to leverage visual elements from the Shopify masterbrand for the logo.
