   I really like it as well.
   Is the tip of the tooltip off-center on purpose? And it has some sort of a blurry line there in that tip, is that also intentional?

   Really diggin the map on the background as well.

   Thanks for the comment, everyone. @Kerem Suer The tip isn't off-center on purpose, whoops! But the slight gradient where the tip meets the box is on purpose. I think it makes it a bit more unique and adds more depth than normal tooltips.

    Just lovely! I second the circle expanding on hover!

    The grayed out Statue of Liberty behind New York is the perfect touch. Not sure I am sold on the shadow in the arrow tip, although the off-center could be what is distracting me. GREAT WORK!
