As a ixd designer, I like innovations. When I designed this app, I tried to give it some specifics. Because the app is composed of modules, I decided not to display menu, and display it in the case when the user wants. So, user can open menu anytime anywhere on the screen by DOUBLE TAP. Menu will slide down from the top.
It is like in iPhone, when you want to see what apps are running. I think this idea can live.
I like the menu idea Yura - the icons could perhaps do with some work as they are different sizes and weights and I think the lines indicating the submenu could be made a little bolder. Apart from that, I think it's a great concept.
What was your reasoning on going with a double-tap vs. a pull-down? It seems to me like the pull-down would be a more intuitive interaction, especially if the menu always lives 'above' the content. Overall, looks sweet man!

@Alex Pankratov, @Petr Knoll, @Housseynou Fall, @Muhammad Ali Effendy thank you friends!
@Kyle Frost I think it is more usable, because you can open in any area by tapping twice.
