   The road looks cut instead going over the hills, I think that part could be enhanced. Otherwise great!

   I agree with @Nick, and want to add (and that's only my opinion) that it is too detailed, it's just 4 colors, but all together seems a bit busy.

   it looks really awesome, but it's somehow just too much!

    It looks good. Did you consider focusing on the other end of the brick road where Dorothy lands. It makes a spiral pattern that could play into a cool mark. Just an idea. :-)

We could have reworked the city a bit with less sparkle and thicker linework etc, but never did any revisions on it, since they picked another concept which was much more simple and iconic.
