At long last the damn thing is done and not nearly as buggy as I had expected. Learning to code again has been one hell of a challenge. Thanks for all the encouragement, you guys:
I saw this via Twitter day ago, I fell in love with the exceptional style and quality including the portfolio in it! Congrats with the launch and keep up with amazing piece of works.
If this is what you can come up with when you're 'learning to code again'... then it makes me want to learn to code again too - but I probably wont. Great work man
Great job, man! One thing that confused me: the part where you drag the screenshots. I expected them to move over (from the right container to the left), instead of being dragged in the same container.
Also, when you click on a “story” and then open the main navigation container with all the projects, I think that container should go above the “story”, instead of behind it.
I really love the look and feel of the site Nick, it feels really smooth.
The only criticism i've got is the project detail pages. I think it could do so much better in presenting each project. At the moment the same images just loop and the far right box just doesn't really show me anything. Why not show a nice way of browsing through all screen designs you've done for a project, maybe in the horizontal format that you've used.
Apart from that it's lovely, It's nice to see something new and original. Keep up the great work!
Not satisfied with the work, large on its own for many of the projects so I guess I fell back to a gimmick on the scrolling work presentation. Need to step up my game so this isn't the case on the next version @Leigh Hibell
Huh, it's not doing it as much now. Basically, when i start to scroll, and the list of projects come up, it takes a double click to bring up the individual projects, where I was expecting a single click. Not a big issue, just a bit different than what i was expecting, so at first i thought it was broke. Nonetheless, great work!

great work nick. one question, i couldn't get it to work in chrome? is this just something awry with my system, or are you aware of a larger problem?

Wow man, seriously one of the best uses of interaction on a site. Just the right amount of interaction and content. So impressed.

Good call on the story overlap @Alex Cican
@Jonathan Bowden I haven't run into any chrome problems so I'd love to see what it is so I can fix it.
