Whats your process on these? Do you start in illustrator and then "distress" them in photoshop?

The type is exquisite.
Of the three I've seen so far, this one feels like it would work best for someone in the furniture design industry. You're not confining it to a shape, so her design won't be limited to a certain shape or style.

Really like how the organic swooshes contrast against the hard verticals of the characters.
These letter forms are gorgeous. They capture a very clean yet sculptural feeling. Could do without the little serif on the f.
