Work in progress cover art illustration for an EDM artist. Need to rework on shadows and type.
95% shapes and effects are vector since this has to go in print and needs to be resized for various purposes. Having a bit of trouble in making shadows in illustrator. Any references/tips ?

Wonderful colors. I personally just love cubist forms.
There is one element on the bottom edge which is blurred out. Technically, it appears to be between the element on it's right and the main element in the background, both which are focus. A blurred element in the composition doesn't suddenly make sense IMO.

@Nikh : I see you point & in this shot it does looks bit out of place. In full artwork there are few more elements in background and foreground giving a sense of depth. But here it does looks totally wrong !
