Not a huge fan of the slight stroke you have going around the actual thumbnail images. You can see it on the left pic but it gets lost in the right pic. Is it even nescessary?
I will try removing the stroke on the photos. Agreed, maybe it's not necessary. But maybe if some photos are predominately very light or white, it may give it some structure. Will play around.
I've been using a 10% rgba/black border on the inside on images. I just have a "mask" layer over the top in photoshop and in HTML, I use a pseudo element for it. Might do the trick.
