    Not sure if its just my eyes, buy are the icons a little off center? The padding to the right of the group looks a little wider than the padding on the top. Really nice use of Open Sans though, Plenty of space around the text to breathe. (:

    Looks sweet! One point though...

    Do you intent to keep the hover background image this big all the time? I believe you can have it expand/contract based on the name to be displayed with appropriate padding on all the sides.
