Nice work, dude.
A few things *I* would do:
1. Unify the fields since this is for iPhone, like here: http://drbl.in/bSZd
2. I would move Sign In to the right and Register to the left. Optionally, I'd decolor one of the buttons.

I'd have the "OR" smaller and inside a white circle or something? it looks a bit lost at the moment, in my opinion..

Although I would make some variation in the Sign In and Register buttons since they serve different purposes. Sign In button is directly related to the user/pass fields, but not the register button.

One question though. Is it OK to use Facebook like this? I believe they have some guidelines for their logo and colors to use where ever the FB logo is used?

Very nice man! I agree the facebook f seems a little off, it may be the bottom padding being a little close to the edge of the box. I would also maybe lighten the "threads" on the stitching up just a tad. Regardless of any changes, it looks great.

Love the topographical subtle bg texture! Thanks for the site info as well.
Personally, I like the user & log-in fields being separate. When they're designed right on top of one another, it visually all runs together IMO.
