I think that either the size of search bar should be decreased and/or the size of the text links need to be increased a tad. Other than that, I think this is looking really good.
Again, really looking sharp @Charlie Waite. I'd have to ask if it's necessary to show 'Requests' on the left side of the chart since there is a label on the top already. Also, just a few small tweaks...
