hey @Erin Potter, are you using staedler for lead holders or do u prefer a different brand? Also, how big can those dot-grid sketchbooks get? i'm used to 9x12 and haven't seen anything that big with dots on it (thats what she said). Anyway, love the line character with the chunky lead
@Jason Carter I do use Staedtler lead holders BUT they don't make a 5mm fatty like what I did this drawing with. Slide over to Jetpens.com and check out what they've got on hand.
As far as the Dot Grid books, I haven't found anything that big as well.

BTW, if you have never used a 5mm lead holder, you should. not 0.5mm but 5mm. chunky, soft and fun to doodle with.
