Sign Up Page Design

From now on I decide to begin my #DailyUI!
It's Day 1 and it's a sign up page design. I didn't think too much while designing so it's really simple and it's just what I want to make at the moment.
Hope I can keep doing XD
(Maybe I'll quit cuz I assume I would run out of my ideas very soon lol)
