   Just for kicks, I decided to jump on the floaty-app-redesign-bandwagon. The victim is Evernote's iOS app which I think is pretty good (and I use frequently) but missing a wow-factor (and Evernote's green color).

   Right now, this is all I have and hopefully I'll find the time to work on a full pixel shot.

   All elements and icons made from scratch except the Elephant logo.

   Not a big fan of the search icon (might be the shadow or the border feeling a bit too heavy and unnatural), except that one it's a damn fine concept, Sir.

   Thanks Mariusz. Regarding the search, I think I see what you mean if you're referring to the whole search button. I'm not sure I agree as I was going for a very 'punchable' button (I have the idea of the search being very important and unique in this app) but perhaps I'll try another subtler variation to see what I think.

   @Steinar Ingi Farestveit I'd be curious to know what you think about the new v5 app that came out a month or so ago. Do you feel like we solved some of the issues you were trying to solve here?

   Hi @Joshua Taylor! Yes I think the new version does but I have to be honest when I say that the home screen isn't really a favorite. I don't feel it's bad or anything, just feels a little heavy. Same goes about the stacked (cardboard textured) notebooks. Other than that I like it very much and I'm a very happy user (of both iOS and Mac version) - thanks for asking!

   Very very very nicely done! Love the design! I liked how the logo is positioned and in different color. Tabbar is nice too. Love the "glow" selected. Good job!
