The red bar at active state is one of the first things that I don't like about your work. Have you tried the active state without the bar?
The rest looks real clean, as always!
@Jari Sanders that off red is part of their new branding, and carries through out the other pages to compliment other parts of the page. You might change your mind after seeing the big picture :)
@Kerem Suer I think @Jari was referring only to the part of the red bar that is in the active state (correct me if I am wrong?). The inner shadow works great on the light background but on the red bar it appears slightly blurry.
Agree with the others. Maybe bring the inner shadow in just from the left and right edges (not at all on the top) in the active state, this would clean up the red bar nicely—otherwise it looks rather muddy.
I love this, other than the kerning on ATTENDEES, maybe increase the letter spacing for all nav links and that might help your spacing too. Otherwise, it's kerning.js and I think that's overkill.

There are couple alignment issues, I will tidy it up a bit later. This is part of a client project that is pretty close to shipment.

What's the color difference between "exhibitors" and "sign in" for?

Lovely shot, The inner shadow on that red line looks a little grey/desatured though IMO
