   Could you put the top bar of the 'I' at the same angle as on the 'E' and the top of the bowl on the 'R'? It's drawing my eye to it as it is and it detracts a little bit - love the style though, much, much prefer this to the first one!

   This. I love the slightly quirky industrial feel. @Glen's idea is good, but it looks like an I-beam right now (intentional I assume? Perfect for a welding co.), and if you tweaked it that aspect would be lost.
