   Just beautiful! How do you create linked smart objects so all instances update upon edit of one - just like they do in your PSD? Try as I might, I can't figure it out!

   I am not sure I get your question. But if you just copy an existing smart layer they are the same and are changed the same. Copy with alt and drag for instance.

   Yeah, I'm probably not explaining myself very well! I know that copies of existing smart layers means that you can update all by editing one. How do I set it up so that there are different effects/styles/colours applied to given smart layers, but when I change the text, its applied across everything? So, for example, if I change your J to an M, the platform shapes and shadow shapes change as well.
