    ...and maybe the Facebook and Twitter buttons should be wider so their right edge aligns with the line below "...follow your interests."

    Thank you, duders!

    The background is the client's preference. Also, he didn't want it to look like a WP theme, so I had to avoid using different backgrounds for different sections thus leading to a shallow (?) experience overall.

    @Haziq Mir Nice mate but I have one suggestion thought how about making the selected item to be green or red (brand color) because right now when you hover it will get blue with + icon but I guess once you add the item it should get green after the selection IMO...
