   I was working on some ideas for a seal yesterday and found myself creating a circular pattern library. Included in this file are 19 circular patterns created with Illustrator's Transform effect. I left the filter on each shape so you can freely edit the instanced being copied. Free to use as you wish! Illustrator version is CS5.
