Wingz UX Research and App Redesign
Hello everyone!
This is a service design project I recently started to revise. Wingz is a transportation service that provides drives between the airports and destinations for the user.
For this project we first did a comprehensive UX Research and found interesting painpoints using the data we derived from the users. In the end we made a mental model diagram and reached some conclusion for the final redesign of the Wingz App.
We made this project in collaboration with the Politecnico Di Milano as a term project in the UX Design Course.
