Last week I designed the upload component of the third party claim flow.
It's always important, when designing complex components, to plan all interactions and behaviors. Giving context when things go wrong are key to guiding users within a friendly interface, a easy way to do this is following the 10 usability heuristics for User Interface Design established by Nielsen Norman Group.
