I'm developing this logo for a digital agency, let me know what you think, guys. Feedback will be really appreciated. :)

That logo is so huge against that type, seems unbalanced, maybe heavier weight for type :)
Don't change the type. Change the logo :P
I love the type.
I really like the concept and overall style of this and I feel that it would fit well with a web company. I have a few thoughts though, so here we go:
To be seen as a lightbulb, the form of the logotype is a little too wide and the socket needs to bee a bit longer. Of course this would work against it representing a balloon, but I think the bulb rather represents the brand name (it is a bit conventional though).
Currently, I feel that the facets are a little too small, especially when you want to conserve some detail at smaller sizes (think Facebook/Twitter avatar - online media in general, I'm not too concerned about print). The overall segmentation is great, although the bottom of the socket looks a bit too "crowded" and there's a weird spot on top where a lot of facets connect at one point. I like the way that some facets seem to break out of the composition a little, which adds a lot of character to the mark.
The colors are nice, work great for a web company and play well together.
The thing that probably bugs me the most at this point is the logotype. First off, the proportions between mark and type feel off - even so far that the mark clearly overpowers the type imho. Maybe you can work against that by adding a little more weight to the type? The ligatures are a nice touch, but to me they feel a bit disconnected from the rest. Maybe that's just a kerning issue though.
Again, I love the direction this is headed and I feel it could be brilliant mark with a little more love. Good work, Breno!
P.S.: Kinda reminds me of the City of Melbourne branding, which is a good sign.
Very cool! I really like the style a lot, but also agree with the guys above. Mostly:
- I agree the facets are a bit too small. I LOVE the City of Melbourne branding too, but it's a lot more simple and with less facets. I don't think you need so many.
- Also agreed about the type - I think it's mainly that the kerning is off in places, but also think it really needs to be heavier, although that depends on where you take the mark...
So basically, I agree with @Joris. Really think this could be something good though!
Agreed with above comments as well. Love the concept - the colors are fantastic, but I'd want to see this thing simplified a bit still. There's so much going on it's a bit overwhelming, and the facets could be hard to read at smaller sizes.
Again, awesome work with this. You're on to something!
@I'm Charlie Thank you, man. I think the client really want something heavy, not light like this one. So I'll try what you suggest, surely. :)
Thanks @Haziq! I'm loving this type, I'll keep this feel and make something even better, bolder and with more atention to the marke in this review. :)
Thanks for the very detailed feedback @Joris, means a lot! :)
I'm with you in almost everything you said, so back to work, I'll try refine this proposal, maybe the lightbulb concept don't reach all intentions I'm planning tothis logo, well, let's see.
Melbourne logo is amazing, man. But this 'facets' style is even old than this project, so I'ts just a way of present the concept.
Thank you so much @Ben Sperry and @Trent McBride! :)
Ótimo estilo, cara. Tá animal!
