   This is a template I made for wireframing, it's an intelligent Fireworks symbol that can scale in height, keeping both the header fixed and without deforming the grid or its proportions.

    It's a mix of a few things. First it's a 9 slices symbols where you can set fix parts, then the grid is a background pattern to keep the proportions :)
