I really love it. @Mateusz Dembek mentioned the grey and I have to agree. This and the Dropbox icon in the header bar, it looks like it could have a more defined outline. Edges get lost a bit. Just minor details to otherwise awesome interface ;) Nice once again @Aqib Mushtaq
I have to agree with @Daniel Diekmeier, my first though while seeing your shot was : Dropbox's whole point is that we don't need this app.
Still, as a graphic exercise, I think you did well : clean and respectful of Dropbox's identity. Don't mind the gray background. Maybe use that inset logo you can see on Dropbox's home page (download button) for your header.
As proposed by @Samuel Couto, scrolling instead of previous/next would be much handier and give you extra space, I would not sacrifice that for the sake of doing differently.

Nice idea and work... but this gray color looks very pale. Nevertheless, good job :)

I'd love to use @Dropbox on desktop.
Not quite understanding the Next button on the bottom right corner though...

@Aqib Mushtaq Scrolling-down would resolve the showing more items/folders problem?

I'm not saying this isn't nice, but don't we already have Dropbox on the Mac / isn't the connection to the finder what makes Dropbox great?
