My Name Is Asher Lev – Global Book Series

Here's the second book in the Global Book Series. This novel is an old friend of mine. Chaim Potok (an American author + rabbi) gives a little peak into the Hassidic community in postwar Brooklyn (and even more significantly for me, a peak inside an aspiring artist's head.) This book is one that I'd recommend to any artist! I drew the Asher Lev portrait with oil pastels.
