Looks nice and clean. I'm really into the colour and photo + logo treatment. Nice work!
Couple small things I noticed:
I think the baseline for "Victoria, BC" should be dropped a couple px. Lines up weird with the icon, imo. Also, not sure about that arrow on the divider line—seems out of place.

A great, professional look for a higher ed. site. I'm with @Derrick Pelletier with the arrow too. My first thought was that it was clickable, either to jump down the page or reveal something that was collapsed inside the line.
