This is what I have been working on the past week with the badges is to figure out what works best. I hope you guys dig it. I apologize if I have been making so many badges but, that chain is looking pretty fierce! @Daniel Mendez YO what you think?
The color one with the chains is my favorite - I feel like having the white stroke the same width on both sides of the chain might work a bit better though, I'd have to see it I guess. Great work all around again @Nick.
this is just an honest question, but do your clients and projects ask for that chain, ( i think it looks dope btw ) because its kind of your thing or style? otherwise it seems like its in a lot of your logo projects, and lots of clients are all getting a circle logo/lock up with the same chain. please don't take that as malicious, its just an honest question. looks good though!
I have to agree with @Jeremiah Britton on the chain thing. It looks great and I know you've only used it a handful of times, but it doesn't really fit with clothing (that I can think of). Does the inside say OTE? What does that mean in terms of this company?
@Cory Angen & @Jeremiah Britton Thanks fellas for the kind words and criticism. The past few projects I have used the chain... it never was an "actual" project. Majority of my work is for fun and to explore my skills as a designer. Just because something doesn't get used doesn't mean you can't re use it. I'm a full time in-house designer by day and freelancer by night. The shots I have produced are not actually in use by the client. More or less I am just having fun with something that I deeply care about. OTE stands for Out-The-Ear or Outhear. Idk why my friend did that. The company is a street wear clothing line. He wanted me to make something that represented me as a designer and my style. I hope this makes sense and thanks again.
