    Hi friends,

    I haven't been sharing any wireframe sketching for a long time. It doesn't mean I have stopped sketching :)

    Here I wanted to share a different one. This is for a Mac App I've started last week. I basically sketch a rough idea to the center of page, than draw close-ups with more details around it.

    There is no sweet pixels, nor good close up drawing here. This shot is only to share the way I sketch wireframes for mac apps... Actual design is on the way ;)

    You can find more updates at my Twitter

    Cheers,

    For the curious ones, here is my tools:

    Gorgeous! You know I love seeing things like this :) I've been experimenting with using the iPad and a stylus for all my sketching using the Paper app from 53 and Bamboo. It's nice, but still doesn't feel like a real paper and pencil.

    @Panayiotis Karabetis Thanks mate! Not as beautiful as yours though :) I also use Paper App with Stylus, but that's more like for drawing *very* rough ideas while being lazy on sofa while watching TV. Than I take them to DotGrid book to sketch more in details on my desk.

    @Oykun Yeah, it's definitely an awesome phase within the project, but it's soo hard to keep yourself from going into photoshop haha

    @Yummygum haha :) I'm actually really enjoying having some break from laptop screen... I usually take my time on this step with listening music and home brewed-coffee. Later, while designing in PS, I still often grab my pencil to sketch new ideas, revisions...

    @Akif Selamoglu DotGrid Book'da cetvele gerek kalmiyor aslinda, nadiren kullaniyorum... Senin cizimleri nerden gorebiliriz? :)

    @Jonathan Ogden Thanks mate! I sketch for projects everyday but don't share them much on Dribbble. Don't ask why, I don't know :) but gonna do more often...

    hmm... I guess this is ok if you like things that are rad but me I'm a more ugly things kind of guy. So if you could stop making really nicely done work like this that'd be great thanks. I do really love the blown up detail shots in the corners.

    What's the difference between this and a coded prototype and/or PSD?

    PS: Playing devils advocate. Nice sketching :)

    @John Powell Thanks! Actually these are pretty basic and ugly comparing so many awesome talents at Dribbble. In my case, it's rather clear enough to show my ideas before digging into more detailed sketches...

    @Michael Dick Thanks, this is just my very first step to put my overall ideas on paper. I enjoy doing this way, you may not, I'm not comparing this to any other way, do it as you enjoy :)

    @Blake Brown Thanks,

    @Denis you are very welcome! I hope you will enjoy it. Btw, I got my tip for this pen from @Kerem Suer months ago :)
