1. Overuse of texture. Where's the subtlety? Or even, you could use contrast to improve the texture-y-ness.
2. Those icons need pixel-hinting e.g. those icons are a little blurry. Try moving into the PSD at 3200% and shifting the vector masks a little ;)
3. Nice job.
Remove the light divider from the button to the left. Reduce the drop shadow, it's way too dark. You should use much darker strokes to surround the bases. For the middle button I would increase the stroke, it's way too blurry. Also I would prefer if it had lighter gradients on the text and the icon in the topbar also reduced inner white shadow. Also looking at some of the icons they're blurry and the pixels have been placed wrong.
