I think it looks pretty great. I would work a little more on the bottom half of the face. It looks a little too wide. I'd give it just a tad more definition in the shape.
Also, I think i prefer it without the texture.
Overall, it looks really great.

Looks awesome - I have to agree with @Nicholas Petersen - a bit more contouring on the face and making it a bit thinner would fit better with the whole look and feel. But looks wicked! Can't wait to see the final one
