Oh man, that's awesome! I always thought that some companies get stuck into amazingly dumb hiring processes and they loose opportunities to hire really talented people because someone forgot to follow up and such.
Do you also have fields for referencing contacts, all kinds of links (speakerdeck, social, articles)? :)

@Karolina Szczur We grab a lot of things like that automatically based on GitHub, Twitter, Dribbble, etc. usernames :D
By the way, that's a totally startup idea, I don't know how people can still try to hire through LinkedIn etc. Such a terrible experience.

C - In the header, have you thought about adding in a divider & a bit more space between each item? It feels like you could almost read them as double spaced words instead of separate elements.
