The G is so perfect and i love the feel of the script and the sans serif. the spacing feels a little funny in between the letters though (just slightly). have you tried making 'charleston' or 'burgers' closer to 'gourmet' to create some grouping?
This is my favorite of all the ones in the series. Feels the most unified. I love the circular shape around the "co." hinting at a burger patty without being so literal. Nice work.
This one has great rhythm, and is nicely balanced. And to me, it seems that your crest-based design could almost exist as a secondary branding element to this, no? Honestly, if your client chose this direction, I would *heavily* push to incorporate that crest into some of their materials.

Winner of this batch.
The burger/grill icon just doesn't quite fully read yet on the other 2.

Wow. This is awesome...
Have you tried dropping the dot on co and centering it within the circle? (it may break the balance)
Either way. This is gorgeous.

The best. Great colors. These colors would be wonderful to use on a website. *wink wink* *nudge nudge*
