   Really like this! My only comment would be to tone down the background picture a little cause it seems like it fights with the headshots and logo due to the orange and blue vibrant colors. Just to give a nicer hierarchy. Right now my eyes tend to go to left.

   I like the concept. But I tend to agree with @Rovane Durso better background selection would work better IMO.
