Unused mark for Land Tirol (Regional Government of Tirol, Austria). Brief called for a redesign of the existing logo (seen here based on the regional crest here) optimizing it for single color applications, reproduction at small sizes and on screen.

Thanks @Markus Müller a few companies were invited to present options, then the person who commissioned the work left the organization and the project was cancelled before the presentation. So yeah it was a shame :(

Perfect! you should redesign all 9 crests of the austrian regional governments! they look ugly as they are now. Actually, I recently thought about this project by myself :) but now... I couldn't make it better than this!!!
