This is way too much America for my taste. I much prefered the logo without the flag. It already looks quite American with the stars on either side of the bison and the stripes at either side of "outdoors". I guess if they're only targetting customers in the US it will be ok, but I think that if they've got customers outside of the US, or want customers outside of the US they should tone it down a bit.

Maybe try to cut out the top right corner of the E? Just to make the type a bit more interesting.
