Looks pretty great, Victor. My small comment would be to reconsider ALL CAPS in some of those places. They can be affective when used sparingly. I'd say definitely kill it in the name and subject lines...I could see it being used in the labels. But I'm not really sure there's a real reason to do it.

Looks great. Only thought would be to align some of the toolbar buttons with some of the main UI elements are they look a bit floaty. Especially the search.
