At this stage of the design, after completing the high fidelity prototype I ran the usability testing with 3 participants. The test was carried out to examine usability, navigation, content & call to action in the built task flows; identify errors and gain user’s feedback on their preferences and recommendations and assess the overall success of the prototype. The test was conducted via a moderated remote setting. Check out the test results from the links below.
